Ingredients of Eggless Cake Recipe
- Fresh Curd – 1/2 cup
- Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
- All-Purpose Flour – 1.5 cup
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
- Milk – 3/4 cup
Instructions
- To make a Perfect Eggless sponge cake, first take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of fresh curd.
- Now add 1 cup of powder sugar and whisk well until smooth.
- Now add 1/2 cup of oil (Neutral oil), 1 tsp of vanilla essence, and whisk well to get the perfect texture.
- Now, place a strainer on the bowl.
- Now, into the bowl, add 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of baking soda, and sieve everything into the bowl.
- Now, mix everything well and make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- Now, little by little, add 3/4 milk and mix well and prepare a semi-thick consistency batter.
- Now, take a cake tin, grease it with oil, place butter paper into the container, and grease it with oil.
- Directly transfer the cake batter into the cake tin and tap to remove bubbles.
- Then bake in a 180-degree preheated oven for 35-40 minutes
- After 40 minutes, check the cake with the help of a toothpick, and if the toothpick is clean, then your cake is baked perfectly.
- After the cake cools down, separate it using a knife and take it out on a plate.
- Now your Perfect sponge Eggless cake is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it
If you want to bake cake in cooker (follow all the steps till 9 mentioned above)
- Now, place a cooker on flame and put a stand into it.
- Now, close the lid, remove the whistle, and preheat for 5 minutes on low, medium flame.
- After 5 minutes, remove the cover and place the cake tin on the stand in the cooker.
- Now close the lid and bake it on low flame for 35-40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, remove the lid and check the cake with the help of a toothpick, and if the toothpick is clean, then your cake is baked perfectly.
- After the cake cools down, separate it using a knife and take it out on a plate.
- Now your Perfect sponge Eggless cake is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it
